Check the Oil
In treating Oily skin, there is a common misperception that using Oil-control type products will lead to an increase in sebum (oil) production. Although it is important not to “overwash” oily skin, it is just as important to clean it with a thorough but gentle cleanser to keep the skin’s natural oil in balance. As a result, it may be best not to use soap which may strip the skin of its natural oils and lead to irritation.

I liked the title,”Check the Oil,” very clever. Since I have oily skin this was a good recommendation of products that are useful Thanks for thinking of us “oily faces,” most of the time it is the “dry face,” that gets all the press. A satisfied MBB subscriber.
